Prison Battleship...onwards...

Just wanted to chime in and say that the next day (day 3 of the journey) is well underway and I've already arrived at the next set of H-scenes.

Prison Battleship patch released!

Again, sorry for the slight delay, but it should be well worth the wait. The patch contains a slew of H-scenes featuring both Lieri and Naomi and details the brainwashing process, completing the 6th day of the journey. There's also an interesting little addition at the end of the day that Mr. Bohgan has planned for them. :)

Okay, I've recovered from the stupidest mistake I've made in awhile and finally getting back on track. I'm now just spell checking/fixing up the translation for a release very soon. :)

Okay, just 1000 lines to go and should be finished (again) in a day's time. I have a bunch of homework to do on Sunday, but I'll try to squeeze it in and get it done. I still want to check over it once I'm finished, so it's looking like Monday for a patch release.

Regular visitors probably noticed the comments link doesn't work properly anymore. We still manage our news / comments / rss sytem via blogger.com and apparantly they changed something confusing my scripts.

I'll look into it when I have some time on my hands, hopefully some time tomorrow. In the meantime, please use the shoutbox or use the comment links on our blogger source.

Prison Battleship recovery progress...

I put in a lot of time/work yesterday and today and can happily say it's almost all recovered now (about 2500 lines to go). I'm aiming to be finished on Saturday and to release a patch on Sunday. After that, I plan on putting some overtime into translating to get back some of the time I lost and move the project forward. That's all for now.

Prison Battleship...a minor setback

I was all set today to begin going back over what I had translated when I screwed up and copy/pasted the wrong damn file over the file I had been translating. I was really pissed at myself for doing that, but it looks like what is done is done (copy/pasting is permanent). Fortunately, I had an older backup of the file, but I still lost about a week's worth of work. So, hang in there a little longer while I try and recover what I lost.

I finally finished translating the scene/day! Now I just have to go back and check/fix everything, and make sure it all sounds fine. I have a little bit of homework to do on Monday, but Tuesday/Wednesday is looking good and I should find the time to get a patch out to you guys.

Alright, things are well on their way again as I've just finished up Naomi's scene and will be moving on to wrapping up the conclusion to the day shortly.

Just a small update on the status of Prison Battleship. Sadly, while I put some translation work into it yesterday, I've been caught up on homework today, have a philosophy paper on Monday, and some programs to write for my 'C' class on Tuesday. So, I'm probably going to be swamped until Wednesday at the latest.

The good news is that I'm halfway done with Naomi. After that, I just have to translate the brainwashing conclusion to the day, which basically details the next stage of their brainwashing. That will be the end of the day and that's where I'll stop to go back and spell check/clean things up and release a patch.

One thing I like about the H-scenes in this game, is that it plays looping sex sounds in sync with the action going on. I only wish more games did that, especially when they have no animations.

I got the first part of Lieri's H-scene done today and should finish that tomorrow and then Naomi after that, but I don't know if it's also a two-parter or not. Anyway, more to come!

Another update just to say that I'm getting into the second set of H-scenes involving Lieri and Naomi and presumably closer to the end of the day. :)

Just popping in to say that I'm still churning away on the translation and have decided to wait on releasing a patch until I actually get to the end of that day (there's another long set of h-scenes). I think you're going to be surprised at how deep the brainwashing theme of the game is and how it specifically affects the girls. I think those who like hypnosis type games (which I hear there is a following for) will like this game as well.

I also want to thank the few who have donated. It really helps keep me motivated and from getting washed out by the walls and walls of what seems like endless text. :P

Here's a snippet of the story:

Blue Dragon, Vermilion Bird, White Tiger, Black Tortoise; blood relatives have been handing down the genetics from these four beast gods for generations. They have been turning out great numbers of martial arts families for generations who hold different talents and constantly demonstrating that power following in their ancestor's footsteps.

On one occasion.
There was contention to prove who was the strongest of these four families.
The Blue Dragon family successfully proved to be the strongest, and thereafter, the four families joined their strength and studied together to improve themselves and eventually established themselves as a secret force to be reckoned with.

However...

It it said that the "blood weakens" with the passage of time and it came to pass that the Black Tortoise family would be the first to suffer as children were not being born with the strength of the Black Tortoise. One by one, with each petering out, they worked on a counter-measure together to prevent the impending crisis.....

I think you get the gist of the story. Basically, it's the main character's job to get the blood flowing again by impregnating worthy candidates. It looks like the girls will fight over you or have to prove themselves to be worthy of your super sperm. :P

Just another short report. I made it to the midway point of the h-scene where you make a decision between the two girls. I should be wrapping that part up tomorrow and hopefully finishing the entire scene itself and posting a patch over the weekend.
